I hold a BSc in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and my practice is grounded in science, compassion, and a commitment to long-term success. Beyond my work with clients, you’ll often find me running, training at the gym, experimenting in the kitchen, or exploring new destinations.
